Jasvannina Jewelry will only accept returns of any items for a refund if you notify us the day of or until the night of the day after that you have received your item to let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. If the jewelry is too big or does not fit to your needs, please notify us the day of or untill the day after to recieve a refund.
When 2 days passes after your item arrives, you are no longer allowed to recieve a refund for your items.
If your item arrives broken or if any case your jewelry breaks, you have up to 7 days after your item arrives to report this issue. In this case we will send you a replacement. Please message us on instagram or send us an email through the contact page on the site. Photo evidence of the jewelry that is broken is required in order to recieve a replacment. If you are worried about size and length, message us and we will discuss measurements and alternative lengths to satisfy your jewelry desires.
